These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services offered by Tripify through tripify.tripdesigner.net. By accessing or using any part of our website, mobile app or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
011. Bookings & Payments
All bookings made through Tripify are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Full payment (or a confirmed deposit as agreed) must be received before tickets or vouchers are issued.
022. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents
It is the traveller's responsibility to hold valid passports, visas and any required travel documents. Tripify may assist with visa applications but does not guarantee outcomes, which remain solely at the discretion of the relevant embassies and authorities.
033. Changes, Cancellations & No-Shows
Change and cancellation fees follow the rules of the airline, hotel or supplier, plus any service fee charged by Tripify. No-shows are generally non-refundable.
044. Liability
Tripify acts as an intermediary between travellers and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.). We are not liable for acts or omissions of these third parties, delays, cancellations or force-majeure events beyond our control.
055. Prohibited Use
- Fraudulent, speculative or duplicate bookings.
- Automated scraping of fares, availability or content.
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
066. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Tripify operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
077. Changes to These Terms
Tripify may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
